I am a new trade customer, how do I create an account and what are my payment options?
Please submit a Trade Account Request at bottom of this page. By creating a trade account you will be able to purchase our greeting cards at trade prices and request 30 credit facilties. On your request, we will validate that you are an existing trade customer or a new business. We will then send you an email advising you that your account has been activated and provide you with further instructions. If you are not an existing itsy ditsy customer, we will need to verify that you are a business before dispatching the order. First orders are pro forma. Payment will need to be made via this site, using Paypal or by cheque. No credit facilities will be offered without a completed Credit Application Form signed by you and a credit check.
I am a Trade customer and want to purchase at wholesale prices, but not request credit facilities, can I do this?
Yes you can purchase online using the paypal payment facilities immediately without having to register, but you will need to complete the trade request form to get access to the trade prices, see bottom of this page.
I am an existing trade customers, what are my payment options?
You may pay by using the Paypal facilities ( Credit and Debit Cards) on this site, you can send a cheque or you can request a 30 days credit facility. To request credit please submit a Trade Account request, see bottom of this page. Following your first order, on your request we will provide you with a Credit Application form. We will use an agency to perform a credit check on the business standing of all credit account applicants
I would like to make an order but do not want to do so online. How can I do this?
Should you prefer not to use our online ordering facilities you can use the order form provided. Itsy Ditsy Order Form. Complete and return to the address on the contact page.
What are the delivery charges?
Postage and packing rates are charged according to the total order:

Will my payment be secure?
FlowersCards uses Paypal to process on-line payments. Paypal is immediate and it's trusted. Paypal allows you to make payments online without revealing your credit card numbers or financial information using cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.
Why can I no longer access the trade area?
If you move away from the trade pages and view other areas i.e. FAQ page you will need to re-submit the url ( web address) sent in the email from us when you requested Trade access. If you have any problems please call on 07771 523080.
